Modding is a huge community, especially where the Fallout series is concerned. But developers are only human, and release dates need to be made and that's where Mods come in. Inside the basement you'll get attacked by a pair of golden geckos, but you'll find two Inside the police station, you'll find some ammunition boxes (most of which will probably be empty).
The police station will start out locked. Nearby each pair of turrets, you'll find a terminal that, if hacked, will allow you to "activate turret defense system" so the turrets will help you to defeat the ghouls and radscorpions in the area. Also at the camp you'll find an "average" locked explosives crate (by the tent entrance), plus a first aid box and a gun case (inside the tent). Astor will give you the questsĮye for an Eye.
Somewhere near this camp you'll run into First Sergeant Astor and a few other NCR soldiers.
